The terms and conditions mentioned on this page will guide the use of the Hotel New Emerald website. You agree to our terms and conditions by using our site and availing of our services and bookings. Nothing mentioned here will affect the statutory rights of the customer, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of law.
“We,” “us,” and “our” refers to Hotel New Emerald. “You,” “your,” etc. refer to the customer buying our services and making reservations.
Any stay in our hotel will be guided by the general rules of our hotel. You agree to comply with our rules by purchasing our service or making a reservation.
The contract between you and Hotel New Emerald is a binding agreement. It shall extend to all services availed, payments, and use of our premises.
We hold the right to cancel any booking based on our personal judgment. Our team shall notify you of cancellations from our side and issue refunds, if any.
We shall hold no responsibility for expenses or losses incurred due to cancellations, like train or flight fare, cab fare, etc.
We are not responsible for any failure to meet the terms in situations beyond our control. Additionally, a one-time waiver of rules is not an indication of future waivers.
The standard time of check-in is 12 pm, and check-out is 11 am.
We may entertain early or late check-ins and check-outs based on availability. Our decision shall be final and binding.
You may cancel your bookings 7 days in advance and claim a refund from us. Cancellations with shorter notices may attract cancellation charges. Our decision for cancellations and refunds is binding and final.
Group cancellations should be made 2 weeks prior to the check-in date. Cancellations with shorter notices may attract cancellation charges. Our decision for cancellations and refunds is binding and final.
Laws and regulations of the Indian hotel industry apply to all guests. We may deny reservation of check-in for providing false or fake information.
Guests need a valid photo identity proof to check-in. Valid documents include Aadhar card, voter card, passport, and driving license. We reserve the right to deny check-ins if the guest is unable to provide valid photo identity proof.
You can pay us using several payment methods on our website. We accept cards, UPI, and cash. Payments at the hotel should be made in the same method. We may reject a specific method due to technical or bank issues.
Any extension in stay may not be offered at the same rate at the time of initial booking. We will offer you the best rate based on availability.
Some services and special offerings cannot be cancelled. We cannot issue refunds for such services.
We will evaluate and process your refund request upon approval. It may take up to 15 days to process your refunds. We are not responsible for any delays caused by banks and payment gateways.
Children below 5 years old can stay free of charge. However, only one child will be accommodated for free per room. Children should also carry a photo identity proof to establish their ages.

Reservations are not transferable.
We don’t allow any parties in the rooms. We also hold the right to deny entry to any person who is not a part of the booking.
We don’t issue refunds for not showing up. You will be charged the full amount for your stay.
We may ask a guest to leave if they behave improperly or misbehaves with other guests. We also don’t tolerate any form of bullying or harassment. The guest will be asked to leave on such occasions.
Guests should follow the rules of the hotel. They should also ensure hygiene and should not misuse the premises in any way. We may ask guests to leave in case of any violation.
Guests should not damage any equipment, installation, or assets of the hotel. We will levy charges for damages if it is proven the guest is responsible.
We are not responsible for any theft or loss of items for the guest’s negligence. We also encourage guests not to leave valuable objects in the room. They may approach the reception for safe storage of valuables. However, we hold the right to deny the storage of valuables for justified reasons.
Guests are advised to maintain all health protocols like COVID-19. We don’t encourage irresponsible behaviour that may harm other guests. The guest may be asked to leave.
The hotel reserves the right to change the terms and conditions when required without prior notice. However, the terms applied during your booking shall be final and binding.
